Pre-training for One Punch Man workout #3

Training to train – As the actual One Punch Man workout is so tough I have to train to even be able to even attempt the one punch man workout. The actual workout consists of: 100 push ups, 100 sit ups, 100 squats, 10k run. 3 square meals a day. Never use air con in the summer or heating in the winter.
