Ep. 113 Christians Suing Christians

This episode covers three articles that were front and center on the home pages of prominent news sites and covered stories of Christians going to court with other Christians. Why is this kind of thing permissible in the Church when the Bible explicitly admonishes us against doing things this way in 1 Corinthians 6? What is causing this litigiousness among Christians?
