Minority contractors being left out of Brent Spence Bridge project, group says

The president of a Black contractors group in Ohio said the goal of a Brent Spence Bridge meet and greet was to connect smaller contractors with teams of larger contractors. He was told, though, that all of the larger contracting companies were bidding together, leaving out minority groups.
