Victoria first researches the case (that is found on the internet).
An attempt to contact the deceased is made.

If Victoria is able to connect then an interview ensues and true events and experiences of the deceased that the victim had up until his/her death are shared with you.

A voice is given back to the deceased whether it be by his/her own voice, the deceased, or spirit guide showing Victoria what happened.
