Take Me Out To See The Wild Thing

Well it's that time again - Major League Baseball starts for real tomorrow, so, to get geared up for that 162 game ride, we offer today's Segue City Special with a three-part Segue City Special with an ending tribute to the Atlanta Braves' hurler, Spencer Strider who chose 99 as his jersey number as his own tribute to Charlie Sheen in "Major League" as "Wild Thing"... and as any batter will tell you, "You can't hit what you can't see"...

Segue City is a recurring short-form programming element. At some point it will be a part of "The Big Kahuna." That’s an Internet Radio format that’s a part of Global Entertainment Technology that was created by Dain L. Schult.

It revives the art of mixing two songs together in a seamless pattern where it is tough to tell where the first song ended and the second one began. Sometimes the segues may also revolve around thematic ideas like matching or similar song titles.

Other times there are hidden meanings and Easter Eggs in the mix as well. We'll try anything because no two Segue City Specials will ever be exactly the same...

At least that’s the idea… your mileage may vary, check with your dealer; so, you don’t forget order before midnight; operators standing by for your important call; Our talent is on loan from God. We just pray He'll let us finish another segue for tomorrow... Member FDIC.. Licensed drivers only. This offer is void where prohibited by law and that normally means it's legal everywhere but in New Mexico... is that gun really loaded or not and where is Alec? Awfully quiet... maybe he's been left to rust in a forest after a rainstorm...

This feature is a five-time winner of the Thomas J. Duke Memorial Music Segue and BBQ Cook-Off Award. Yes, we just won again. Kinda like Tom Brady... we got five more fingers for rings...
