In this clip, we demonstrate a headlock self defense drill.

The drill consists in using your footwork skills in a circular motion. It’s about clinching your attacker while he is trying to put you in a headlock.

The goal is to slip as fast as possible, before your attacker has the chance to get you in a headlock.

It's a very efficient self defense drill that works on your close quarter skills.
