I spoke at the Public Safety Committee Meeting inside the city council Chambers this evening.I agreed with changethenypd watchthecops about the #righttoknow act but the Information should be available to the Public,not just the CCRB & the IG.The CCRB works with the NYPD. They are basically Useless 3/27/23
