Hail Barbarians! Today we talk about Jason Momoa's interview which he did with GQ (there was just a small part about Conan, why i don't show the GQ article itself) where Momoa slams his Conan movie and says it was betrayed. Now is this just something you say when your movie flops hard? since in the press before the movie and during he said it was even better than the 1982 movie?! I mean obviously one hypes up ones own movie but he said it was not gonna flop that it was a great movie. But in my opinion this Conan movie was already "betrayed" from the get go, the issues ran very deep. From the horrible director, the screenwriters, the plot, the dialogue, the music, the acting... it was all just very bad or mediocre at best. And im glad this visionless version of Conan didn't get take off and give us more of the same bland movies.
What did you guys think? was Conan 2011 a good movie? a complete disaster? a mediocre movie? did you think it was good it stopped?
