One of the biggest mistakes people make with the kettlebell swing is squatting. The kettlebell swing is a hip hinge, not a squat. An easy way of differentiating the two movements is comparing picking up something from the floor vs sitting down. Here’s a quick video breaking down the two different movement patterns.
