Ingredients:

• 300g shredded chicken
• 50g of butter
• 1 big onion
• 200g of table cream
• Salt
• Black pepper
• 2 1/2 cups wheat flour
• 2 eggs
• 3/4 cup of water
• 50g grated parmesan cheese
• 400g grated mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 liter of chicken broth (I used the broth from cooking the chicken before shredding)
• 200g cream cheese

Method:

In a pan, melt the butter, add the chopped onion and sauté well. Add the shredded chicken, stir well and fry a little. Season with salt and pepper, add the chicken broth and let it cook for a few minutes and set aside.

On a platter, place the wheat flour, the eggs, a little salt (1 teaspoon), add the water, mix well.

With your hands, knead well, add more flour if the dough is too soft and sticky.

When the dough is very firm and homogeneous, sprinkle the countertop with a little flour and stretch the dough.

Cut a slice the size of the mold, put it in the bottom of the mold, spread a layer of curd, spread a layer of stuffing, plus a layer of mozzarella.

Cut another slice of dough, and repeat the same process until you run out of dough.

Take it to the preheated oven at 200ºC, and bake for approximately 40 minutes, until golden.
