Low fat almond milk: 3/4 cup
Sweetener or honey: 1 tablespoon
Rolled oats: 1/4 cup
Cocoa powder: 1-2 tablespoons
Chocolate essence (optional)
Chocolate chips (optional)
Total calories: 200

Low fat milk: 3/4 cup
Coffee: 1 teaspoon
Sugar free caramel sauce
Low fat whipped topping
Calories: 50

🌸Ingredients
Chicken breast: 1/2 cup
Chopped garlic: 1 teaspoon
Soy sauce: 1 teaspoon
Tomato paste or ketchup: 1 tablespoon
Salt: As required
Black pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
Cayenne: 1/4 teaspoon
Chicken seasoning: 1 teaspoon
Water: 1/4 cup

🌸 Ingredients
Whole wheat flour or all purpose flour: 5 tablespoons (38 grams)
Low fat almond milk: To knead a dough
Baking powder: 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 grams)
Sauce: 1.5 tablespoons (25 grams)
Low fat mozzarella cheese (string cheese) : 1 sticks or as required (the one that has 50 calories per stick)
Calories: 180
