This will be easiest to get some free lumber from somewhere. Pick a size and cut all timbers to that length as easily as possible. Then get a sander and ratchet all timbers together. Sand until things are as smooth as possible. After that then you can place the angle iron and screw each into place. I found it easier to drill each section before placement, but up to you. I stuck plywood under each corner so that when I sand the top it will have room to blend down. Then cut 8 sections of rebar. Weld it up, and watch for flames. Water helps when its near.
