helps woman look their best without having to give up the foods they love.

Turning 36 had me reflecting on life & the journey along the way.
Where I was a year ago? 2 years ago? Or even compared to 5-10 years ago.

My goal is to start with 100 & add 1 every single day. Ending with 465 after a year.
