My name is Adam.
Been in the fitness industry almost 15 years.
I'm the founder of The FatLoss Coach, an online coaching business that,
helps woman look their best without having to give up the foods they love.

Turning 36 had me reflecting on life & the journey along the way.
Where I was a year ago? 2 years ago? Or even compared to 5-10 years ago.

My goal is to start with 100 & add 1 every single day. Ending with 465 after a year.
