Welp another cash deal done and taken care of. This deal was done with a buyer out of state and honestly one of the best deals I’ve ever done. I negotiated we buy in at $175k and got them to bring it down to $165k and the flip value is $325k 🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️ life is good, just waiting on the check to clear…
