Dog Halts Sunday Morning Traffic in Boston

Info from Licensor: "I was on my way to the gym when several cars in front of us stopped the traffic on Storrow Drive in Boston. This was at 8:12 AM. People started leaving their cars to try to catch a scared puppy who ran to the highway. The owner was nowhere to be seen. I assume the puppy ran away and was lost. People really tried to save him, even tried offering treats. After about 5 min of blocking the traffic we had to keep driving once the puppy was off the highway. But still no word on it being safe. Hoping the owners get him home safe and sound."
