Expressing yourself with no filter? Turns out there are consequences

Once upon a time I dreamed of a world where we could all express whatever was inside of us and be received with open arms by society. Maybe that was naive of me. I can't expect the world to change to accommodate my needs. I can find a way to express myself fully, without creating waves. This is an afterthought, but who says just because it's inside me, that it needs to be expressed. Choosing what to express is a part of our unique expression.
