Our special guest in studio is Nastacha Beck, guitarist for New York-based grunge band Jigsaw Youth, who also handles some vocal duties in addition. Nastacha became familiar with us after reading Kris Paronto's "The Ranger Way" and "13 Hours." We discuss the grind of being in a touring band, and how many of the principles Kris has written about can be applied to people outside of the military realm.
