#Cigarette smoking causes so much damage and not to just the person smoking it. Many have reactions to the #chemicals in the smoke that are causing a chain reaction of #sickness in the body.
#Vitamin #deficiencies and sinus issues are a couple of problems I was plagued with in the forty plus years I was around smokers and smoking.
