Brian Seltzer and his Orchestra (he was with the Stray Cats) and Brian Auger and his Oblivion Express make up today's Segue City Special featuring groups with long names and songs about living in big cities which again begs the question - why? But perhaps everybody living in them also enjoying hitting themselves in the head with 2x4s too... It's like that old billboard sign that said, "Have You Had Enough?"

Segue City is a recurring short-form programming element. At some point it will be a part of "The Big Kahuna." That’s an Internet Radio format that’s a part of Global Entertainment Technology that was created by Dain L. Schult.

It revives the art of mixing two songs together in a seamless pattern where it is tough to tell where the first song ended and the second one began. Sometimes the segues may also revolve around thematic ideas like matching or similar song titles.

Other times there are hidden meanings and Easter Eggs in the mix as well. We'll try anything because no two Segue City Specials will ever be exactly the same...
