The American Governments (State and Federal) are a Fascist Regime

A government legislating law that will effect the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness without the consent of the innocent is fascism.

As our current state and federal governments have often and abundantly legislated law that effects our rights without our consent the current governments are fascist. How embarrassing for a people who claim to value the opposition of fascism? We must not continue to stand idly by allowing fascism to run rampant in our country, we must do everything in our power to defend our rights from any who would attempt such tyranny. As actions speak louder than words the time has come for us to exercise our right to revoke our consent to be governed under a tyrannical government by declaring ourselves independent of the current governments. the time has come for us to exercise our rights to peaceably assemble and to speak freely. The time has come for us to exercise our right to form new governments that have our best interests at heart.
