This is the off grid dream that two brothers, Jaymie and Shelby have created. They bought 160 acres with bad credit and no money down in Rock Creek, BC.

They kept 70% ownership and 100% control and have access to interest-free loans from their investment partner. They also kept buy-back rights so they can buy them out in the future and effectively think of the investment as more of a longterm loan.

They were feet-on-the-ground for the first 7 months to have basic infrastructure, and then started with nightly rental stays that generated up to $30k/month. All just in their first year!

It’s time to leave the restricted cities and suburbs and get back to total freedom of our own.
