Ingredients:

1 cup boondi (fried chickpea flour balls)
2 cups plain yogurt
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
1/4 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander leaves (optional)
Water, as needed
Instructions:

Place the boondi in a large bowl and pour enough water over it to cover it completely. Let it soak for 5-10 minutes.

Drain the water from the boondi and squeeze it gently to remove any excess water.

In a separate bowl, whisk the yogurt until smooth.
