▶️Sauce (measured with rice spoon)
4 dark soy sauce, 1 minced garlic, 0.5 sugar, 1 red pepper powder, 180ml of anchovy broth (water)

▶️Recipe
1️⃣After cutting 400g of tofu, sprinkle a little salt on both sides and leave it for about 10 minutes (tofu hardens and does not break easily - passable)
2️⃣Drain tofu with kitchen paper - passable
3️⃣Bake the tofu in 1~2 cooking oil and 2 perilla oil (sesame oil) until golden brown
4️⃣Put mushrooms, 2 Cheongyang peppers, and half a green onion on top
5️⃣Reduce the heat to medium and pour in the sauce (simmer with a spoon)
6️⃣Turn off the light when the soup remains moist
