Flaky Stroganoff Sausage Puffs

Two kinds of Italian sausage, Ricotta cheese, Puff Pastry, &.....Hamburger Assistance??? It just goes to show what one can come up with with just a few ingredients!! No real recipe exists for this, so get "Jiggy" with it!!(90's reference!!)
