Local residents report a crater appearing. An explosion was heard around 15:15 in Kireevsk (a city 35 km from Tula), according to local residents speaking to "Ostorojno, Novosti". They say the blast was heard throughout the settlement, with walls and windows shaking. Afterward, residents discovered a crater near residential buildings in the city, and the buildings themselves were also damaged.

Preliminary reports indicate that two people were injured: a man and a woman who were cut by glass fragments. Local authorities have not yet commented on the situation. Residents speculate that a drone may have caused the explosion.
