Free housing & food is already provided.
---
$100 to buy a shirt, $100 is provided by the accounting gov.
The business is paid $100- for the shirt.
$10 goes to tax back to the accounting gov.
$30 to pay for the costs of the shirt
$30 as a profit.
--
$30 is used as a work payment, supplied to the accounting gov.
It is no longer directly paid to the workers.
For the business the workers are free, yet their old wage is still active, so that it's paid to the accounting gov. ie $40: $10 for tax, $30 for the workers.

The workers work for free yet gain credits: when $100 in credits build,
they can buy another $100 shirt; or something else with their true cash value of $100.

The commerce system still functions, and businesses & people are provided for.
It does equate to less work for workers, and it should reduce greed.
Where 5-10 shirts was adequate, instead of 20-50 per person.
