John Kirby casts doubt on China-Russia 'alliance'

White House National Security Council spokesman John Kirby told CBC Sunday (March 26) that it remained to be seen whether China and Russia are a "true alliance" - days after Chinese President Xi Jinping met Vladimir Putin for the first time since the war in Ukraine began.
