As a leader, mental health is so important for you and your people. Make sure to identify stress points that you can mitigate without adding anxiety.

With things moving faster and faster, it creates physical and emotional fatigue. This fatigue often results in unhappiness and irritability. Timing issues and brain fog hinder your people from focusing on their tasks. These challenges cause inefficiency and bottlenecks that lead to greater stress.
