James Comer: DOJ shouldn't be “meddling in presidential elections”

House Oversight Chairman James Comer said on State of the Union this Sunday that the Department of Justice should not be “meddling in presidential elections”. He questions if the investigation into Former President Trump would be underway if he wasn’t running for re-election.
