Today we're going to show you what we think are one the coolest scenes from Richard Donner's 1980 iconic sequel about America's favorite boy scout, Superman II.

This final battle against Zod inside Superman's Fortress of Solitude gives a glimpse of the powers and abilities of him during the 70s. It also shows how intelligent Supes can be, understanding that Lex Luthor would turn on him and using that to his advantage to gain the upper hand on Zod.
