Skradin is a picturesque little Croatian riverside town, located near the spot where river Krka enters Adriatic sea at the town of Šibenik. Krka National Park, famous of its beautiful waterfalls, lies nearby and Skradin's marina is both a starting point for local boats that ride upstream from Skradin to National Park and for numerous Adriatic islands trips and excursions. As this nice blend of continental and seaside gives Skradin its unique charm - Skradin is often poetically called "a place where the river kisses the sea".
