Drone views of Bakhmut's embattled ruins

A Ukraine army drone shows the embattled eastern town of Bakhmut in ruins, as commander in chief General Valery Zaluzhniy says the situation there has stabilized. Reuters was able to verify the location the video showed, but not the date it was filmed.
