Recipe:
Step1:
Heat up the pan and add
Oil 10ml
Bay leaf 2
Cinnamon stick 1
Stararnise 2
Chopped onion 300 gms
Green chillies 3-4
Tomatoes 200gms
Cook it well and then add
Green peas 50gms
Haldi 1/2tsp
Red chilli powder 2tsp
Jeera powder 1tsp
Garam masala 1tsp
Salt to taste
Kasoori methi again cook it well and add little water.
Step 2: Once the masala is well cooked add chicken minced 500gms and cover it with lid and let it cook for 7-9 mins on medium high heat.
Once everything cooked finish it up with fresh coriander and enjoy the high protein goodness 😍💪
