If you are considering Somerset County MD for a nice, quiet, safe rural place to live, retire or raise a family you might want to reconsider. This goes on for hours at times and nobody seems willing to do much of anything about it.

I rode bikes all my life, have had 30 of them. I've done wheelies too, but not with an unlicensed, uninspected dirt bike on a public road where people live without a helmet or a drivers license and no muffler. Just a matter of time before something happens and these people are uninsured and inexperienced. And as inconsiderate as they come.
