Killer Mike | Before They Were Famous | Trigger Warning | Biography
Killer Mike has one hell of a story. Hailing from the ATL, his family life is one you rarely hear about, especially coming from a rapper. While he has gone to say that his mother sold drugs for a period time, his father actually worked as a police officer. Something tells me that would be one hell of an awkward dinner conversation.

All joking aside, Mike has had an incredible life. One that has shaped his perspective and helped him create socially conscience hip-hop music that is yet to be rivalled. How exactly can you describe. Well it's impossible to box him into one category. As an activist, Mike is one of the rare artists that will walk the walk , never shying away from unpopular conversation. Releasing five solo albums along with another three as part of Run the Jewels that rapper has come a long way from being a simply comic book reader at Atlanta's West End Mall.
