How A Big Carnivore Family Tackles The Holidays FEBRUARY 2023

I’m going to walk you through how we tackled the holidays this year as a family of 10 pursuing a carnivore way of eating. We were fully committed to permanently changing how we approached health and diet so we knew the holidays would have to be very different this year. We hoped to maintain the fun while avoiding the food traps. Let’s just say that there was a learning curve involved but in the end, we were really proud of the kids and it was totally worth it!
