roasted shallot and garlic bread is a delicious variation of traditional roasted garlic bread. Here's a recipe that you can follow:

Ingredients:

1 head of garlic
2 large shallots
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 loaf of French bread or sourdough bread
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Peel the outer layers off the shallots and cut off the tops and bottoms. Cut each shallot in half.
Cut off the top of the garlic head to expose the cloves.
Place the garlic head and shallot halves on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Roast the garlic and shallots in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until they are golden brown and tender.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the garlic and shallots cool.
Squeeze the garlic cloves out of the head and finely chop the roasted shallots.
In a small bowl, mix the roasted garlic, shallots, and olive oil together.
Cut the loaf of bread into thick slices and spread the garlic and shallot mixture over each slice.
Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and toasted.
Serve the roasted shallot and garlic bread warm with butter, as a side dish, or as an appetizer. Enjoy!
