A Used Septic Tank being dumped into a back yard by a construction crew in Fort Pierce, FL.

At the Address 8203 Penny Lane Fort Pierce, FL there is a home under construction.
The contractor has had multiple issues over the last few months with placement of the septic and drain field, because the adjacent Yards all have their wells on the shared property lines.
This was done because all of the homeowners surrounding the lot, were told that that lot was to small to build on because of the dimensions. So they would always have a bit of privacy, and nature on one side.
The HOA in Lakewood park made a few changes, so somehow Now they are not only allowed to build on the small lots, but they are allowed to put a septic tank, and drain field less than 75 feet from 4 different adjacent neighbors wells. 🤔😶
On 03-23-2023 the contractor for the septic came out and removed the tank that had been in the ground for a few months being used, the problem is..... he dumped most of the Contents of the Septic tank into the hole they pulled the tank from, and then removed the lids from the tank, and flipped it over into the drainage seal in the back yard. It's a video of the security camera footage from the neighboring home.
The video was far too large to sent to the #EPA in an eMail. So I am posting it on YouTube and sending them the link.
It was reported to the EPA as it was happening.
It has been reported to the County Health Department also.
The public should be able to see this also.
