Why Worry? (2) : Body Rest

One reason God doesn't want His children to worry is because it damages our physical bodies. Whether it be ulcers or headaches or high blood pressure or loss of sleep - God knows stress and anxiety are killers. The medical world is only just catching up to what the Bible has been saying for millenia. God has promised that we can be free from worry and can sleep peacefully if we trust Him. Because we really are His beloved . .
