We all experience rejection, and it is important that we learn how to deal with them. In this podcast, I discuss a study which revealed that rejection can cause emotional hurts that are similar to real physical wounds. These rejection wounds can have a damaging impact on us emotionally. But the Bible tells us that Christ came to heal our emotional hurts, and I discuss one of the critical and necessary steps to receiving this healing.
