2022 GMC Canyon Slip Yoke Catching?!?

2022, V6, 2WD Canyon less than 3,000 miles, when it comes to a full stop, you get a “chunk”, or “chunk, chunk”, or a “chunk, chunk, chunk”, which I initially thought was the antilock brakes engaging. Dealer thought it was the slip yoke. Disassembled, lubed, worked fine for 100 miles, then back to the chunking. Replaced the slip yoke, next day, same problem. Most prevalent when cold (below freezing out), but does decrease as the truck warms up. (Auto Trans Temp 57 deg) Sometimes so harsh that you can feel the rear tires break from the road upon stopping. Can’t be good hammering on the transmission and diff. Anyone else with the same issues? Old yoke didn’t appear to have burrs on it. Dissimilar metal expansion rates? Alignment issues? Frame flex? Tolerance issues? Does the female end need to be replaced next? You can hear it in the end of this video taken on 3/25/23
