But if we have the tools, which we do we can enjoy our life experience even in actions that we would not formerly associate with enjoyment. It's all about how we come to the party. Do we come prepared to the party? Meaning is feeling good a priority ? If you want to feel good, you will mold/ massage thoughts into better feeling places, that ultimately benefit you vibrationally. Example would be if you know your visiting a sick family member, before you go see them, sit with your thoughts about them, see them recovering in your mind's eye, feel the emotion around that manifestation, see them happy and strong. And so that is one example of how we come prepared to the party.
