INGREDIENTS :
🌱500 gms Chicken Mince
🌱Half Onion
🌱Handful Coriander
🌱2-3 green chilies
🌱2 garlic cloves
🌱1 tbsp soy sauce
🌱1 tsp hot sauce
🌱1 tsp salt
🌱1 tsp garlic powder
🌱1 tsp cumin powder
🌱1 tsp black pepper
🌱Half tsp paprika
🌱Half tsp italian seasoning
🌱1 Tsp Chilli Flakes
🌱2 tbsp corn flour
🌱Half cup cheese (mozzarella or cheddar mix)
🌱1 egg beaten (for coating)
🌱Bread crumbs for coating

Method:

Blend together Onion, coriander, green chilies, garlic, soy sauce , hot sauce. Add this into chicken mince, add all the spices and mix well.Grease your hands and shape rings as shown. Keep them a bit thick,else they can break. Dip in egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Fry them for 10-13 minutes at medium heat, flip in between until golden and done.

📌You can bake and airfry them at 200C and cook for 17-18 minutes. Flip in between and spray some oil for a nice finish.

💥DYNAMITE SAUCE:
🌱½ cup mayonnaise
🌱4 tbsp hot sauce(sriracha or any chilli sauce)
🌱2 tbsp tomato ketchup
🌱1 tbsp honey
🌱1 tspn garlic powder
🌱half tsp black pepper
Mix everything and its ready.
