In this episode I get estimates for a septic system and can't afford $30,000.00, so I do it myself for $11k. Contracted an engineer for $1500, Permitted with fees. I reached out to a provider of the septic tanks in Denver, and he said send me your engineered plans. He said he could fulfill everything except the sand. Set that up through martin marietta. Rentals provided by United Rental. Completed in 1 week. For 4 years, all my PTO went to building, but thanks to my family, it was fun, and extremely rewarding.
