No Mans Sky Ray Tracing Reshade

I wanted to see if Ray Tracing Global-Illumination was possible in No Man's Sky and with a lot of tweaking it does but its far from perfect, I'll leave it up to you to decide if you think it works well enough or not, the issue I ran into was if I lowed the brightness of the rays or changed the zbuffer strength and size among other things, you just couldn't tell there was much of an effect working. Also added some extra sharpening and a tad extra bloom to enhance it.

So I think I found as good of a balance as I can right now. You can't get the same effect with regular Reshade effects though, you'll end up just over-saturating the white colours or it darkens NMS too much in too many instances. The ray traced global illumination really shows off very well on the terrain when plants of different colours are bouncing t heir colours off all the surfaces around it.

Ray Tracing is only for Global Illumination, reflections I couldn't get working, so no luck with water improvements right now. I made the video for people who always wondered what No Mans Sky would look like with Ray Tracing on. Video shows off vs on comparison.
