Near the start of Chapter 3 as you approach the Quarry (check your map), go to your inventory (Y/Triangle) and equip a Flash Grenade. Slowly approach the entry to the Quarry's open area, aim (LT/L2) at the murder of crows on the left and throw the Flash Grenade (RT/R2).
