Gwyneth Paltrow took the stand in the Ski Accident trial where it is alleged that she barreled over Dr. Terry Sanderson, cracking 4 of his ribs and causing him irreparable brain damage. As the Oscar Winner puts it, he charged down the ski hill at Deer Valley Resort, missed her vast entourage, only to plow into her and start grunting and groaning over her.

Yeah, couple that insane story with a snippy attitude and another round of experts, character witnesses and doctors disputing her story and bolstering Sanderson's and you can tell where this trial is going...
