Today we'll be practicing yoga with the intention of releasing the full body. We'll be targeting areas including our toes, quads, hamstrings, abductors and adductors, back, shoulder and neck. By targeting the full body we'll be taking a holistic and balanced approach fo., You'll be needing a bolster for today's practice as well.
