The US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has clung on to EMF radiation guidelines that are decades old, claiming they are “perfectly safe”. But hundreds of independent scientists agree that these limits are outdated, and way too permissive.

In this episode, Nick interviews attorney Dafna Tachover who is part of the team fighting a legal battle against the FCC and its obvious conflicts of interest.

***Bio:***

Dafna Tachover is the Director of 5G Wireless Harms project of the Children’s Health Defense, a non-profit organization chaired by Robert F. Kennedy’s Jr, dedicated to eliminating the epidemic of chronic sickness in children from environmental toxins including wireless radiation.

Dafna is also the founder of We Are The Evidence, an advocacy organization for the protection of the rights of the many adults and children who have
been injured by wireless technology radiation. Dafna is an attorney and also has a technology background from her service as a
Telecommunication and Computers Officer in the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) where she was the commander of the computer center of the military headquarter and operations’ center.

Dafna has been one of the leading experts and advocates on this topic globally. In 2012 Dafna initiated and led a Supreme Court case in Israel to replace the use of Wi-Fi in schools with wired networks, a case that led to the first limitations on Wi-Fi use in schools worldwide. In 2020 after joining CHD she initiated a landmark case against the FCC challenging its Health Guidelines regarding wireless radiation.

She has been traveling extensively to educate public officials and the public and to awaken communities around the countries to 5G. She worked on this issue on the Federal, state and municipal levels.
